Overall I highly recommended this program. If you follow this program, your stomach will be flat and your joints will feel as if they were freshly greased. You will look and feel younger than ever before, and you will find yourself moving with the energy and strength of the man half your age. You will reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes by more than 90%, and your sex drive will return as your hormones come into balance. Lean belly breakthrough will save you from the trap of buying expensive and potentially deadly “fat burning” pills that are, in fact, do nothing more than stimulate your adrenal glands, causing your body to secrete more and more cortisol leads to serious hormonal problems, adrenal burnout , reduced muscle mass, nervousness, headache, insomnia, increased blood pressure, increased BMI and possibly death. If you are ready to take control of your body and health today, and want an easy to follow, the doctor has approved a program for the rapid loss of 15, 25, 35 pounds of deadly belly fat or more at reversing the signs of aging and prevent fatal heart disease and diabetes.
Even if we were to overlook the fact that—like Lean Belly Breakthrough—we’re never told exactly how these programs work, we’d still be left with the reality that they almost universally come with poor customer feedback. Specifically, that they don’t deliver on their lofty promises, and most of the information they contain can be found elsewhere online, for free.
The Lean Belly Breakthrough program will show you how to melt away fat, clean your arteries and avoid starving yourself on a strict diet or undergoing hours of exercise every day. It consists of very simple rituals that will help you to melt your belly fat once and for all.

This just in: Saturated fat packs on more visceral fat than polyunsaturated ones, according to a 2014 Swedish study. When subjects ate 750 more calories daily for seven weeks, either in the form of palm oil (saturated) or sunflower oil (polyunsaturated), the former gained more visceral fat while the latter gained more muscle mass and less body fat. You know the deal: Polyunsaturated fats are the ones in nuts, seeds, and fish and can help you lose belly fat. (Here are 4 ridiculously healthy seeds you should be eating every single day.)
Researchers have been long studying the role that your gut flora plays in different areas of health, including weight management. Studies actually suggest that there’s a positive-feedback loop between the foods you crave and the composition of the microbiota in your gut. According to the source article:
Monounsaturated fats are better for you. Not only do they help with weight loss but they also give you more energy and make you feel better as well. If you are suffering from aching joints, you will find that a diet high in monounsaturated fats will ease pain and even increase joint mobility.
There’s no doubt that any amount exercise is good for you, but the more you do, the more ab fat you can get rid of. In one study, researchers measured abdominal fat in people involved in different amounts of exercise. The group who worked out the most (about 200 minutes a week) and at the highest intensity (80 percent to 95 percent of max heart rate) lost the most abdominal fat.
3. TRANS-fats are the most dangerous for your belly. The presence in foods of fats will influence the increase in volume of the abdomen and waist. But the overabundance of calories stimulates the growth of the belly. There are bad fats. It was proved that fat deposits on the abdomen after use of TRANS fats. These harmful fats are contained in margarine, fast food, baked goods.
Slow down and maintain a moderate pace for two minutes. Moderately jog or cycle to recover from the intense interval of the workout. Continue alternating for 25 to 30 minutes, depending on your fitness level. Perform this exercise two to three times a week to reduce your belly fat.
Eat Healthier. Apply the 8 nutrition rules. Eat breakfast. Eat every 3 hours. Proteins, veggies & fruits with each meal. Carbs post workout only. 2 cups of water with each meal. Whole foods 90% of the time.
Hi Michael your articles are all very good, and you certainly your stuff! I’d love to know your opinion on what is more effective for fat burning out of: Staying in a fasted state to maximise it post workout for a couple of hours, versus having a post workout meal which allows your to take in a higher % of carbs such as the 100 you mention in your own plan, which would then be utilised more than stored. Thankyou
You can eat hot peppers raw, cooked, or dried. Habanero peppers have the most amount of capsaicin, but cayenne pepper is great too. You can add these peppers to your soups, stir fries, and other dinner dishes.

I’ve not tried the program, but here’s a testimonial that seems valid. They tried the program for 30 days – test subject was 52 and 23 lbs. overweight – and had about half of the results promised. Basically eating good foods, avoiding bad foods and a one exercise. Duh! 🙂
Belly fat may be the worst kind of fat, but there are science-backed strategies that can help you flatten your stomach, such as effective use of protein, the BBB, and intermittent fasting on Cleanse Days. Isagenix products provide the right tools to help you use these strategies to get rid of belly fat for good!
Losing lower belly fat may be a little bit difficult, but not impossible. For some people, when they decide to lose some body fat, they lose it while others find it more difficult. Read on for some tips on how to get rid of lower belly fat fast.
Something else that stands out for me from this program is that it does not subject the users to dangerous supplement intake. Instead, it points you towards several natural foods, spices, and herbs backed by a list of nutrients that you can derive from them to control the hormones in your body that are responsible for storage of fat.
As said before, measuring your waist with the tape is the easiest way to check belly fat. Measure your torso at the level of your navel. As per the official guidelines, measure your abdomen from just above the hip bone or the iliac crest, just where it intersects the line dropping down from the middle of the right armpit. Breathe normally while taking the measurement, and don’t hold the measuring tape too tight against the skin. Those with a waist size more than 33 inches are at risk of developing chronic heart disease.
1. Stop Doing Crunches. Crunches will strengthen your stomach muscles, but won’t burn the belly fat that covers your abs. Spot reduction is a myth. You’re wasting time & effort doing 200 daily crunches.
One easy way to find out if you’re carrying too much abdominal fat is to wrap a measuring tape around your body at the top of your hipbones. If your number is more than 35 inches, it may be time to take action. The good news: Getting rid of belly fat is simpler than you might think. With the right plan, it’s actually easier to lose than stubborn lower-body fat or the seemingly impossible to tone back-of-the-arm flab. Stick to these diet and exercise guidelines, and you’ll be slimmer — and healthier — by summer.
I will be the first to admit, I don’t get enough sleep every night, being a mom and a business woman I just don’t. Sometimes I don’t sleep because my mind is active, other times it’s because I’m stressed and more often than not it’s just my crazy schedule. But sleep is so important to get rid of belly fat and optimum health. (14)
Lean Belly Breakthrough is a weight loss program by fitness trainer Bruce Krahn. It is specifically created for men and women over the age of fifty who want to lose belly fat and reduce the risk of associated health conditions (such as diabetes, heart disease, and depression). This program does not involve dieting, drugs, or any unnatural substances or activities – it is a 2 minute ritual.
Hi Mike, Nice article. Very informative. I am 5′ 8 and weigh 130 pounds. My BF is 39% – Dexa scan. Abdominal (gynoid) BF is 44% vs 37% in arms. This has all happened in the last year upon turning 48. I have gained 10 pounds and I’ve never had so much belly fat. I’ve always been naturally lean and thin. I’m wondering if hormones are at play. I lift heavy weights 4-5 days per week consistently and my diet is basically the same as it has always been. Moderately clean. I use BCAA’s during workouts. I’ve never had to track calories. I do very little to no cardio. What are your thoughts?
Hi Mike. I recently had my body fat reading taken at a UFC Gym (chain) and the reading was much higher than I expected. 16%. The caliper readings have me around 12-13 I believe. It seems like a sales scam to stretch out the number of ‘sessions’ I would to reach my % goal. Keep in mind fat loss wasn’t even why I was meeting with this trainer–it’s for Muay Thai. Any ways I don’t want to be naive and not consider the reading. I’m posting a few pics here (shadow and light) and I’d like your opinion—do you think 16% is a possibility? Thanks. MFL member.
