What i’m really frustrated about is that I still have a little bit of stomach fat and fat around my upper thighs and waist/hips. It’s mostly around my ribs/stomach area. I’m so sick of it by now and I doesn’t seem to go away no matter what I do. In desperation, about 6 months ago I started eating 300-400 cals a day and tracking my calories. I lost some weight, mostly water weight, and I felt horrible of course.I realize that that was horrible, but I was just so tired of looking the way that I do. I’ve finally stopped counting calories about a week ago and I’m eating around 1200 calories now, more or less.
