At 6’4, 225#, 18%BF, does that mean to match your plan I would take 8-9 Forge Caps and 5 Phoenix Caps in the morning pre-workout as well as 8-9 Forge caps and 5 more Phoenix Caps in the evening pre-cardio, in fasted states?
