Diet-wise, I am a vegetarian, but I try not to fall into the usual vegetarian health traps. Don’t know if his product works, but he looks like a pretty healthy person…wonder if HE incorporates his program in his own life to DELAY the accumulation of plaque, diabetes, other diseases as he grows older…..?
